Raw Organic Honey + Sea Salt

These have made a huge difference in my training. I have way more energy and perform better. In the recent past it was hard for me to get started and I always felt like I was dragging. These have really changed that for me. Best of all these don't upset my stomach, as many things tend to. Perfect portions!

Honestly, I’ve been training for over two decades now and just recently I started taking simplex ! And I will never not use it , every time I’m in the gym. I have minimum one before my workout and it helps tremendously with energy and I could fill the pump so good. Sometimes when I train extra long, I like to have one after as well it really helps ! Taste so good too, honey and salt. Perfect combo.

The best pre workout!  After years of itchy skin and crashing so hard after weightlifting and/or HIIT days, this is the only fuel I’ll take before sessions now.  I’m able to stay consistent with my progressive overload plan and even have de loading days with clean energy.  Plus Simplex has been helping with the body recomp plan after 2 kids.  Can’t get enough and totally hooked on the healthiest way!
